Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 387 website or platform, or by using any of our services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms apply to all registered and unregistered users. The minimum age to use the 387 platform is 18. Creating an account or using the platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under this age.
These terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

Account Creation & Security
Registration Terms
- Each user may register only one account.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- The mobile number or email address provided must be active and belong to the user.
- 387 may request additional documentation at any time for identity verification purposes.
Account Security
- Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing it with any third party is strictly prohibited.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
- Using another user's account, or sharing your own account with others, is strictly prohibited.
- 387 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if a security breach is detected.
Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
All members using the 387 platform are required to comply with the following rules:
- Hacking, deploying malware, or using any other harmful method to interfere with the platform's systems, servers, or networks is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software for betting or gaming is not permitted.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits is strictly prohibited.
- Harassing, deceiving, or attempting to harm other users is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for illegal purposes or money laundering is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through fraud or manipulation will result in permanent account termination.
387 reserves the right to monitor any user's activity and take appropriate action if suspicious behavior is detected.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Terms
All transactions on 387 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected. Deposits are accepted via approved methods including bKash and Nagad.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals may be held if account verification is incomplete. Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
In the event of a chargeback or fraudulent payment, 387 will immediately suspend the account and take any applicable legal action. Additional documentation may be requested to verify suspicious transactions.
Bonuses & Promotions: All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their own terms and conditions, detailed on the offer page. 387 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
Reasons for Account Suspension or Closure
387 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of the terms and conditions.
- Registration using false or misleading information.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
- If the account is found to be involved in fraudulent or illegal activity.
- If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
If there is a remaining balance at the time of account closure, it may be refunded where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
387 accepts no responsibility for the following:
- Service disruption caused by a technical fault or server outage.
- A bet failing to process due to an internet connectivity issue.
- If a user suffers financial loss due to their own negligence.
- Delays resulting from an error on the part of a third-party payment provider.
- Service interruption due to an unforeseen event or natural disaster.

Intellectual Property, Third Parties, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and brand elements on the 387 platform are protected by 387's intellectual property rights. Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 387 platform may integrate third-party payment gateways and service providers, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies. 387 is not responsible for the quality or security of any third-party services.
Changes to Terms
387 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
